IT Project Manager (f/m/x)

Anton Paar, a leading manufacturer of high-precision laboratory measuring instruments, is looking for a dedicated IT Project Manager with strong organizational skills and a hands-on mentality. In the Corporate Services area, you will take on exciting IT projects in interdisciplinary teams and across various departments. • Management of various IT projects, such as CRM implementation, ERP rollouts, site establishments, software updates, introduction of new IT systems, and process optimizations across different IT platforms
• Full responsibility for achieving project objectives and creating project plans (time, costs, resources, structure)
• Coordination of interdisciplinary project teams (serving as the interface between departments, project teams, and external suppliers)
• Acting as a link between IT and process management
• Project controlling and regular reporting to the project sponsor or steering committee
• Preparing and delivering presentations to management and facilitating decision-making processes
• Actively contributing to the further development and continuous improvement of our project management standards and tools
  
  

• Abgeschlossene höhere Ausbildung (HTL, FH/Uni) im Bereich Wirtschaft, IT und/oder einschlägige Berufserfahrung
• Erfahrung im IT-Projektmanagement, idealerweise in der Leitung von CRM-Einführungsprojekten (Microsoft, SalesForce, SAP)
• Organisationstalent mit analytischer, strukturierter und ergebnisorientierter Arbeitsweise
• Hohe Affinität im Umgang mit IT-Tools
• Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Kenntnisse in der Definition von Anforderungen in IT-Projekten von Vorteil
• Projektmanagementzertifizierung nach PMI oder IPMA von Vorteil

This position is subject to the collective agreement governing employees in the metal sector. Your actual salary depends on your experience and qualifications. For the vacant position it will usually be set within the following range (gross per month, excluding overtime): € 4.500 to € 5.800
