Looking for Junior/Mid Developers to work in the extensive and challenging world of HarmonyOS.

Mid Developer will be the pioneer of improving and extending the HarmonyOS universe through utilization of comprehensive application development skills.

In HarmonyOS ecosystem, app developers from all over the world need our support for their unique technical questions, creative requirements and integration problems which needs to be addressed and solved quickly, without compromising high quality. To accomplish this very critical task and to maintain developer success (DS) and developer experience (DX), we’re developing solutions and projects which are mostly open source, providing technical support as well as developing our community which is getting bigger and bigger every day with our engineer and business teams’ tremendous efforts.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Based on deeply understanding developer needs, design and develop solutions, libraries, extensions, technical tutorials, reference applications, POCs, code samples and toolkits to ease developers’ work those who use HarmonyOS in apps.
• Provide architectural and technical guidance/support on integrating applications of various partners to HarmonyOS ecosystem.
• Assist business partners in developing, launching and maintaining their applications, troubleshooting integrations with HarmonyOS Ecosystem.
• Continuously analyze and verify products and features within HarmonyOS ecosystem, think in developer point of view and address further improvements on products, cooperate with product teams, focus on improving developer experience.
• Act actively on community; write tech articles and publish in official accounts, track popular platforms and contribute with answers, contribute HarmonyOS related open-source software developed by community, be a speaker in various events.
• Continuously track software development trends and developer behavior in the industry, populate new ideas to improve developer experience and/or enrich HarmonyOS universe.
• Istanbul and Izmir locations have priority, we’re working onsite at office.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related technical fields
• 0-6 years (Junior/Mid) of software development experience
• Basic understanding of mobile application development (Junior), 2+ years experience for mid level
• Knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and Python programming languages
• Good command of English for technical communication

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience and familiarity in front-end frameworks
• Familiarity with cross-platform development frameworks and architectures
• Basic understanding of Jetpack Compose and SwiftUI concepts
• Familiarity with React Native, Flutter fundamentals
• Experience with version control systems (such as: GitHub)

Nice to Have

• Implement advanced prompting techniques, including chain-of-thought, few-shot prompting, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
• Proven experience in prompt engineering or a similar role involving interaction with AI systems (e.g., GPT, Claude, GLM)
• Understanding of NLP, machine learning concepts, and basic data structures
• Experience with AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, DSPy) and vector databases
• Hands on experience on LLM projects
