Bu yolculukta, Cloud4Next product suite vizyonunu ileri taşıyacak, teknik derinliği güçlü bir Technical Product Manager arıyoruz.

Rolün Amacı

Bu rol, klasik anlamda yalnızca backlog yöneten bir ürün yöneticisi rolü değildir. Aradığımız kişi; müşteri problemlerini derinlemesine anlayan, bunları ölçeklenebilir ürün fırsatlarına dönüştüren, engineering ekipleriyle yakın çalışan ve gerektiğinde teknik detay seviyesinde düşünebilen bir ürün lideri olacaktır.

Özellikle:

• B2B SaaS ürün geliştirme
• from scratch ürün geliştirme
• mühendislik / yazılım geliştirme geçmişi
• hyperscaler altyapılarına entegre ürün deneyimi
• olan adaylarla ilgileniyoruz.

Bu rol, özellikle Cloud4Next’in ürünleşme stratejisi kapsamında gelişen ürünler üzerinde; ürün vizyonu, roadmap, önceliklendirme, delivery ve product-market fit süreçlerinde aktif sorumluluk alacaktır.

Temel Sorumluluklar

• Cloud4Next product suite vizyonuna katkı vermek; ürün stratejisi ve roadmap’ini oluşturmak ve güncel tutmak
• Müşteri ihtiyaçlarını, pazar içgörülerini ve teknik fırsatları analiz ederek anlamlı ürün özelliklerine dönüştürmek
• Sıfırdan / from scratch ürün geliştirme süreçlerinde ürün tanımı, kapsamı, MVP kurgusu ve önceliklendirmeyi yönetmek
• Engineering ekipleriyle yakın çalışarak ürün delivery sürecini uçtan uca yönetmek
• Gerekli durumlarda teknik detay seviyesine inerek mimari, entegrasyon ve ürün kararlarında aktif rol almak
• AWS, Azure ve GCP gibi hyperscaler ekosistemleriyle entegre çalışan ürün senaryolarını şekillendirmek
• FinOps ve cloud management use-case’leri için ürün senaryoları geliştirmek
• (cost allocation, anomaly detection, RCA, optimization insights, usage visibility, recommendation engines vb.)
• AI/ML ve veri ekipleriyle birlikte çalışarak veri odaklı ve akıllı ürün özelliklerini tanımlamak
• KPI’ları takip etmek ve ürün performansını ölçmek
• (adoption, engagement, retention, feature usage, cost-saving impact vb.)
• Ürün–pazar uyumunu sürekli iyileştirmek; kullanıcı geri bildirimlerini sistematik şekilde ürüne yansıtmak
• Önceliklendirme, karar alma ve ürün geliştirme mekanizmalarını yapılandırmak
• Teknik ve ticari paydaşlar arasında güçlü iletişim ve koordinasyon sağlamak

Aradığımız Profil

• 3+ yıl ürün yönetimi deneyimi
• (tercihen B2B SaaS, cloud, platform veya developer-facing ürünlerde)
• From scratch ürün geliştirme deneyimi
• Güçlü mühendislik / teknik background
• (software engineering, backend engineering, data engineering, platform engineering, solutions architecture geçmişi çok değerli)
• Daha önce ürün geliştirme ekiplerinde çalışmış olmak
• Gerektiğinde API, entegrasyon akışı, veri modeli, teknik dokümantasyon ve ürün mimarisi seviyesinde düşünebilmek
• AWS / Azure / GCP altyapılarıyla entegre ürün geliştirme veya yönetme deneyimi
• Güçlü analitik düşünme ve problem çözme becerisi
• Müşteri problemlerini iş değeri yüksek ürün fırsatlarına dönüştürebilme yetkinliği
• Ürün önceliklendirme, roadmap yönetimi ve stakeholder management konularında güçlü deneyim
• İyi seviyede İngilizce iletişim becerisi
• Hızlı tempolu startup / scale-up ortamlarında çalışmaya uyumlu olmak

Bu rol, Cloud4Next’in hizmetten ürüne dönüşüm yolculuğunda kritik bir pozisyondur. Göreve alınacak kişi, yalnızca feature yöneten değil; ürünün yönünü, kapsamını ve pazardaki karşılığını şekillendiren bir etki alanına sahip olacaktır.

Cloud, FinOps, AI ve platform yaklaşımının kesişiminde yer alan ürünler üzerinde çalışmak; hem teknik hem ticari açıdan yüksek etki yaratmak isteyen adaylar için güçlü bir fırsattır.

To support this journey, we are looking for a technically strong Technical Product Manager /who can help move the Cloud4Next product suite vision forward.

Role Purpose

This is not a traditional product management role focused only on managing a backlog. We are looking for someone who can deeply understand customer problems, translate them into scalable product opportunities, work closely with engineering teams, and think comfortably at a technical level when needed.

We are especially interested in candidates with experience in:

• B2B SaaS product development
• building products from scratch
• engineering / software development background
• developing products integrated with hyperscaler infrastructures

This role will take an active part in shaping product vision, roadmap, prioritization, delivery, and product-market fit across Cloud4Next’s productization strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the Cloud4Next product suite vision and own product strategy and roadmap
• Analyze customer needs, market insights, and technical opportunities, and translate them into meaningful product features
• Lead from-scratch product development efforts including product definition, scoping, MVP design, and prioritization
• Work closely with engineering teams to manage product delivery end-to-end
• Dive into technical details when needed and actively contribute to architecture, integration, and product decisions
• Shape product scenarios integrated with AWS, Azure, and GCP
• Develop product use cases for FinOps and cloud management
• (cost allocation, anomaly detection, RCA, optimization insights, usage visibility, recommendation engines, etc.)
• Collaborate with AI/ML and data teams to define intelligent and data-driven product capabilities
• Track product KPIs and measure performance
• (adoption, engagement, retention, feature usage, cost-saving impact, etc.)
• Continuously improve product-market fit and systematically reflect user feedback into the product
• Build and manage prioritization, decision-making, and product development mechanisms
• Ensure strong communication and coordination across technical and commercial stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of product management experience
• (preferably in B2B SaaS, cloud, platform, or developer-facing products)
• Proven experience building products from scratch
• Strong engineering / technical background
• (software engineering, backend engineering, data engineering, platform engineering, or solutions architecture experience is highly valuable)
• Prior experience working within product development teams
• Ability to think at the level of APIs, integration flows, data models, technical documentation, and product architecture
• Experience building or managing products integrated with AWS / Azure / GCP
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to turn customer pain points into high-value product opportunities
• Strong experience in product prioritization, roadmap ownership, and stakeholder management
• Strong English communication skills
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced startup / scale-up environment

Nice to Have

• Experience in FinOps, cloud cost management, cloud governance, or cost optimization
• Experience working on AI/ML-powered products
• Product experience in observability, automation, security, or cloud operations
• Familiarity with data platforms
• (BigQuery, ClickHouse, Snowflake, Databricks, etc.)
• Experience with API-first, platform, or multi-tenant SaaS products
• Previous hands-on coding experience
• Direct experience working in technical product teams or engineering teams
• Experience in high-growth technology companies
