vdf is looking for a "Senior Business Analyst" that you may find the details below:

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate requirements and deliverables with Software Development teams, Business Units, and stakeholders.

• Identifies business requirements and translated them into technical instructions while considering system constraints.

• Document requirements through user stories, mock-ups, flow diagrams, and define user acceptance criteria.

• Design and coordinate user acceptance tests, manage system testing processes.

• Support cross-functional projects and manage projects in line with IT standards and methodologies.

• Implement and maintain IT governance standards and practices and managing the processes end-to-end.

• Prepare and update all project documentation, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.

Technical Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analyst, System Analyst, or IT Project Management.

• Business process design and technical analysis.

• Proficiency in Agile methodologies.

• Professional certifications: ITIL, PSM, PSPO (advantage).

•IAM Tools& Core System implementation experience (Preferred Experience)

Software & Tools

• SQL (Advanced Level)

• Soap& Postman& ELK Knowledge

• JIRA, Confluence (Agile Project Management Tools)

• Visualize requirements via Figma, Balsamiq

• UML, Miro, Visio, Process Diagramming Knowledge

• Test automation tools experience is a plus

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to contribute to decision-support processes.
