Job Description

We're on a mission to shape the future of education technology — and we need an experienced Scrum Master to help drive the product development forward. In this role, you'll be the catalyst for Agile excellence across two or more cross-functional teams. You'll champion Scrum principles, foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement, and help deliver innovative products that truly make a difference. Responsibilities

• Coach Scrum teams and foster Agile best practices.
• Facilitate key Scrum ceremonies.
• Support backlog clarity and delivery goals.
• Remove impediments and enable team focus.
• Promote continuous improvement and Agile maturity.
• Ensure alignment with stakeholders through clear communication.
  
  

Profile / Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• up to 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or similar role.
• Scrum certification (CSM, PSM) required; SAFe or other Agile framework certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience in facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching cross-functional teams.
• Strong background in software product development environments.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• English proficiency (B2/C1) for an international work environment.
