Emirati Talent - Senior Associate, Development

ROLE SUMMARY

Assist in the coordination, reporting, and documentation of shopping mall development and redevelopment projects. Support day-to-day communication with internal teams, contractors, and consultants to ensure project data, drawings, and reports are accurate and up to date.

ROLE PROFILE

• Assist in collecting and organizing project requirements, plans, and updates.
• Support coordination with consultants, architects, and internal teams across project stages.
• Track project milestones and assist in preparing regular status reports and dashboards.
• Participate in reviewing technical documentation and identifying gaps or clarifications.
• Help ensure adherence to regulatory and internal guidelines across mall developments.
• Maintain project records, correspondence, and action logs to support governance.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in real estate development, construction, or project coordination.
• Familiarity with the development project lifecycle and retail design considerations.
• Strong documentation, tracking, and time-management skills with the ability to multitask under pressure.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, team player with a problem-solving mindset.
