User Experience Designer

Position: UI / UX Designer

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Salary - 14 K AED

Qualification and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

• At least 5+ years of demonstrable experience in a mid UI/UX role with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills.

• Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.

• Strong experience across Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and prototyping tools or similar.

• Knowledge of HTML5, Angular, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping.

• Excellent visual design skills with a keen sensitivity to user-system interaction.

• Ability to present designs effectively and articulate solutions to various stakeholders.

• Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box.

• Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.

• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate seamlessly with the UI development team, providing creative solutions to overcome
• implementation roadblocks and supporting with tangible examples.
• Execute all visual design stages, from initial concepts to final hand-off to engineering.
• Conceptualize original ideas that simplify and enhance user experiences, especially when faced with complex design challenges.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design concepts.
• Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders.
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
