Senior Product Designer (UX/UI) - Large-Scale Platforms

Job Purpose:

We’re not looking for someone who just “designs screens.”

We’re hiring a Product Designer who can own problems end-to-end, design at scale, and deliver real impact.

If your portfolio shows complex systems, measurable outcomes, and strong product thinking - keep reading.

What you’ll actually do:

• Own end-to-end product design - from discovery → flows → UI → iteration
• Turn complex requirements into simple, scalable user experiences
• Build and evolve design systems used across multiple products
• Work closely with product & engineering to ship, measure, and improve
• Use research + data to validate decisions (not just intuition)
• Drive clarity in ambiguity and influence what gets built - not just how it looks

What we care about (read this carefully)

• 5+ years in product / UX design (not just visual/UI roles)
• A portfolio that shows:
• Real products (not just concepts or Dribbble shots)
• Clear problem → process → outcome
• Impact (metrics, improvements, business/user results)
• Experience with complex platforms (government, fintech, SaaS, marketplaces)
• Strong experience building or scaling design systems
• Ability to work cross-functionally and challenge decisions when needed

This role is NOT for you if:

• Your work is mostly visual/UI with no product thinking
• You can’t explain the impact of your design decisions
• Your portfolio lacks real-world shipped products

Strong bonus signals:

• Experience working on 0→1 products or large-scale redesigns
• Accessibility knowledge (WCAG)
• Experience in data-heavy or AI-driven products
• Basic understanding of frontend (HTML/CSS)
