Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an IT System Support Engineer, located in Abu Dhabi. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for IT systems and user-related issues. The role involves managing and maintaining system infrastructure, identifying and resolving technical problems, and providing help desk support to ensure seamless IT operations. The IT System Support Engineer will work closely with internal teams to deliver efficient and effective solutions to technical challenges.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Technical Support and Help Desk Support to resolve user queries effectively and provide a high-quality support experience.
- Experience in Information Technology and System Administration to manage infrastructure, system configurations, and ensure optimal operations.
- Demonstrated ability in Troubleshooting alongside problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues swiftly.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for liaising with internal teams and end users effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, or Microsoft) will be considered advantageous.
- Proficiency in managing IT systems for on-site operations and adaptability to dynamic technical environments.
