Institutional Data Management Specialist

We are looking for an Institutional Data Management Specialist to play a key role in driving data-informed decision-making and institutional effectiveness.

This role sits at the intersection of data analytics, institutional research, and data/document management, ensuring that accurate, well-structured, and accessible data supports strategic planning, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement across the organization.

The successful candidate will contribute to the development of robust data systems, dashboards, and reporting frameworks, while ensuring alignment with accreditation requirements, regulatory expectations, and evolving UAE digital and data initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related subject.

Minimum Experience:

4 years in institutional research, data analysis, data management, or planning within the higher education sector.

• Institutional data management and governance
• Document and records management systems
• Data validation and quality assurance
• Data mining systems skills
• Survey design and analysis
• Data dashboard reporting
• Workflow and reporting automation (preferable)
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Microsoft Power BI or QlikView
• Statistical Software; Stata, SPSS, Minitab etc.
• Experience with databases and data extraction (e.g., SQL – an advantage)
• Languages: English and Arabic (preferable)
