Frontend Developer (Angular) - Up to 55k - Manchester/Remote (1 day p/w office)

Morson Edge are delighted to have teamed up with a Manchester based Tech brand on their search for a skilled Frontend Developer as they drive the digital transformation of the industry they work in.

You will collaborate closely with product owners, data analysts, designers, and fellow developers to enhance and expand a live retail platform. The role involves working within a data-driven Product and Design team focused on delivering world-class customer journeys. You will use modern frontend technologies practising continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) with multiple daily releases.

Working in an Agile, cross-functional environment, you will contribute to shaping technical solutions and improving both technical and non-technical aspects of the team. This role offers a lively, supportive environment where continuous learning and staying current with industry trends are encouraged. A strong focus on delivering excellent user experiences while balancing effective delivery with technical elegance is essential.

Tech Skills

• Proficiency with TypeScript/JavaScript and Angular (will also look at React if happy to transition)
• Testing frameworks including Playwright and Cypress
• Strong understanding of CSS and CSS technologies such as SCSS and ITCSS patterns
• Experience with Storybook or similar component-based viewers (nice to have)
• Familiarity with build frameworks like Webpack or ESBuild (nice to have)
• Knowledge of design tools such as Figma (nice to have)
