On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Digital Product Designer – Consumer Banking Mega Journey for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Digital Product Designer – Consumer Banking Mega Journey - Job Description:

The Digital Product Designer will work on the client acquisition experience as part of the Consumer Banking Mega Journey. The role involves collaborating with a cross-functional team and various stakeholders to define the experience and requirements to meet business objectives.

Digital Product Designer – Consumer Banking Mega Journey - Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the client acquisition experience

• Define and implement design strategies that align with business objectives

• Integrate user research into product designs and design practices

• Utilize design, prototyping, and research tools such as Figma, Mural, and UserTesting.com

• Work with complex design systems and ensure usability across multiple channels and platforms

Digital Product Designer – Consumer Banking Mega Journey - Mandatory Skills:

• BA/BS degree in Design, HCI, CS, or equivalent practical experience

• Portfolio with application design samples

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing usable interfaces

• Expertise with Figma, Mural, UserTesting.com

• Experience in applied research settings

• Strong typography, visual hierarchy, and concepting skills

• Experience with Lean UX and Agile dev teams

Digital Product Designer – Consumer Banking Mega Journey – Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with large design teams and multiple stakeholders

• Creating user journeys, wireframes, and information architecture

• Additional Figma experience

Digital Product Designer – Consumer Banking Mega Journey – Assignment Length:

This is a 12-month contract position.
