About the Opportunity
Our client in the financial services sector is undertaking a large-scale transformation to modernize end-user computing tools that support critical financial and regulatory reporting. This initiative focuses on rebuilding and enhancing Excel and Access-based calculators to improve scalability, accuracy, and governance.
In this combined Business Analyst and Project Manager role, you will sit at the center of delivery, bridging detailed analysis with program leadership. You will collaborate with stakeholders across finance, risk, and technology while guiding both the hands-on documentation and the structured execution of a complex, high-impact transformation.

Your Responsibilities
- You’ll lead the end-to-end delivery of an EUC transformation program, managing timelines, risks, and priorities across multiple workstreams
- You’ll analyze and document complex Excel and Access-based calculators, capturing inputs, logic, and outputs
- You’ll translate business and financial requirements into clear documentation and actionable plans
- You’ll coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment between current-state logic and future-state solutions
- You’ll oversee testing, validation, and implementation to ensure regulatory accuracy and data integrity
- You’ll establish governance, reporting cadence, and structured delivery practices across the program
Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ years of Business Analysis or Project Management experience in enterprise environments
- Strong hands-on expertise with Excel (Macros/VBA) and Microsoft Access
- Proven experience delivering transformation or remediation initiatives involving complex data and reporting
- Ability to deconstruct and translate complex financial logic into clear documentation and plans
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across business and technical teams
- Experience in financial services or regulatory environments is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with Power Platform, SQL, or SharePoint integrations is an asset
