AS400 RPG Junior Developer JD

Position Overview:

Under the guidance of senior developers, independently complete the development and maintenance of functional modules for the core banking Customer Information system, assist in resolving application issues, and ensure coding compliance with project standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct coding, unit testing and debugging activities with RPGLE.

2. Collaborate with senior developers on module design and integration, and prepare technical documentations.

3. Analyze and resolve defects during SIT testing.

4. Participate in code reviews and adhere to project development standards.

Qualifications:

1. 1~3 years of experience in AS400 RPGLE development, with an understanding of banking core system business logic.

2. Ability to independently complete module development.

3. Strong team mindset.
