Product Manager (Fintech)

Overview

We are partnering with a well-established organization in Singapore to hire a Product Manager. This role will take ownership of the end-to-end product lifecycle, from defining product vision and roadmap to driving delivery and launch.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams across technology, design, QA, risk, compliance, and business to deliver user-focused and commercially impactful digital products. This is a strong opportunity for someone with product management experience in fintech, payments, or digital financial services.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product vision and strategy in line with business goals and growth plans
• Translate strategy into a clear product roadmap, prioritising features based on user value, business impact, and cost
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user segmentation to support product decisions
• Gather and document requirements, including user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria
• Work closely with Technology, Design, and QA teams to deliver high-quality product features on schedule
• Drive the full product lifecycle from ideation through launch and post-launch enhancement
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Lead UAT and validate that delivered features meet business and user requirements before release
• Act as the key product representative and communicate roadmap updates and product performance to stakeholders
• Identify and manage product risks relating to technical delivery, regulatory requirements, and data/security compliance
• Monitor product performance, usage, transaction volumes, and customer satisfaction to identify areas for improvement
• Run experiments and support continuous optimization of the product

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 3–7 years of product management experience
• Prior experience in fintech, payments, or digital financial services is preferred
• Proven track record of managing products through the full lifecycle
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Solid understanding of software development processes and web technologies
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Comfortable using data and metrics to drive product decisions and improvements
