Role And Responsibilities

Design Leadership:

  • Drive the end-to-end design process, from ideation and wireframing to creating high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using Figma.
  • Develop consistent, responsive designs for multi-channel platforms, including web, desktop, and mobile.
  • Conduct user research, build personas, and design user flows to deeply understand user needs and craft intuitive solutions that balance usability with business objectives.
  • Employ an agile, iterative design approach, refining solutions based on feedback from stakeholders, users, and development teams.


Collaboration:

  • Work closely with organizational stakeholders to align design solutions with business goals, KPIs, and user requirements.
  • Present and advocate for user-centered design concepts, ensuring alignment with organizational strategies.
  • Collaborate with IT and development teams to ensure designs are technically feasible, optimized for performance, and adhere to platform-specific guidelines.
  • Provide detailed design specifications, assets, and prototypes to developers, supporting them throughout the implementation process.


Prototyping, Testing, and Iteration:

  • Create interactive prototypes in Figma to validate user flows and interactions.
  • Conduct usability testing to gather feedback from real users and refine designs accordingly.
  • Incorporate feedback from business, user, and IT teams to make continuous improvements to designs.


Design Systems and Documentation:

  • Develop and maintain scalable design systems and reusable component libraries in Figma, ensuring design consistency across platforms.
  • Document design decisions, workflows, and systems to streamline collaboration and future projects.


Profile And Skills

Must-Have Technical Expertise:

  • Advanced proficiency in UI/UX design principles, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design.
  • Extensive experience designing multi-channel experiences for web, mobile (iOS/Android), and desktop platforms.
  • Proven ability to create interactive prototypes and conduct usability testing.
  • Mastery of Figma for design, prototyping, and managing design systems.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, Angular, ElasticCMS) to ensure designs are feasible and effectively implemented.
  • Experience working in agile environments, utilizing tools like Jira, Trello, or Confluence.

  • A strong team player with a collaborative mindset and openness to feedback.

Language Requirements:

  • Proficient in French or Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2).
