About The Team

Zoom's Information Technology team is dedicated to delivering customer happiness, enhancing business efficiency, and fostering agility through innovation, data insights, and automation. Our impact is evident in seamless user experiences, streamlining processes, and supporting Zoom's growth in communication and collaboration. We deliver marketing analytics and insights for Zoom's CMO organization. Our team collaborates across IT and marketing to build measurement frameworks. We exist to turn data into growth opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

• Hold Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Apply 5+ years of SQL experience to query and analyze marketing data.
• Perform statistical analysis using Python or R with 3+ years of hands-on experience.
• Demonstrate experience with marketing analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) tracking multi-channel campaigns.
• Model web behavior events, sessions data, and product telemetry to generate customer journey insights.
• Apply understanding of attribution modeling, customer journey mapping, funnel analysis, and marketing mix optimization.
• Communicate complex ideas to executives through presentations and reports.
• Use data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
