We are seeking a dynamic SAP Program Manager to lead the implementation and support of innovative SAP projects for our clients. With significant expertise in S/4HANA transformations, you'll guide our multilingual team with ease, using your strong communication skills.Key responsibilities and qualifications

• Lead and manage SAP programs from initiation to closure, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. Minimum of 13 years of SAP experience, out of which at least 4 years in project management.
  
• Define program scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectives. Demonstrated experience with full lifecycle S/4HANA implementations.
  
• Develop and manage the overall program plan, integrating multiple project plans. Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall is a must.
  
• Implement and manage program governance processes for ongoing alignment with business objectives. Professional certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, SAP Activate) are highly desirable.
  
• Conduct regular program status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders. Proficiency in French and/or Dutch, and English; excellent leadership and communication skills.
  
• Monitor program performance metrics and manage financials, ensuring transparency and accountability. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; effective in multicultural environments.
  
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies with mitigation strategies. Experience as cutover lead, deployment lead, or release manager is a plus.
  
• Mentor and guide project teams, ensuring adherence to standards and fostering high performance.
  
• Collaborate with the sales team for pre-sales activities and ensure smooth client transitions. Ability to travel as required. Driver’s license type B is a must.
  

Your profile

• Proven track record in end-to-end S/4HANA implementations.
  
• Functional or technical expertise in SAP.
  
• Experience as a cutover lead, deployment lead, or release manager is a plus.
  
• Experience in delivering projects using Agile methodology is a plus.
  
• Experience with SAP Activate or SAP Activate certification is a plus.
  
• Deep knowledge of SAP best practices and industry standards.
  
• Experience in large-scale SAP transformation projects.
  
• Experience in managing distributed and remote teams.
  
• Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and build strong relationships.
  
• Familiarity with the Belgian market and regulatory environment.
  
• Prior experience in consulting or working with consulting firms.
  
• You are fluent in English and speak also French and/or Dutch
