Product Manager | London Hybrid | Up to £50k 🚀

One of the UK's most interesting product teams right now. B Corp certified, 25+ year heritage, but a genuinely modern engineering culture- multiple deploys a week, a small tight-knit team, and a product strategy that's actually ambitious.

They've recently closed a new round of investment and are spinning up a brand new squad. The brief is a proper one: four products have been built out across the business and clients are seeing them as four separate things. The job is to change that, unifying the experience into a single, coherent platform. Strategy is set at the top. Your job is to take high-level direction and turn it into outcomes, working with a squad of engineers to make it happen.

This isn't a role for someone who needs a fully-defined spec to work from. You'll be comfortable sitting with ambiguity, forming a point of view, and driving alignment across stakeholders without waiting for someone to hand you the answer. Senior support is there, but the expectation is that you lead.

🧭 What the role looks like day to day:

• Owning the roadmap for the unification squad
• Running 2-week sprints with your engineering team
• Translating high-level OKRs into epics, features and user stories
• Working directly with the Head of Product and wider stakeholders on progress and trade-offs

🛠️ What you'll be working with:

• Agile / Scrum (stable 2-week sprints)
• No dedicated design resource- AI-assisted design is increasingly part of the workflow
• LLM experience is a genuine plus as the team leans further into AI tooling

🎯 Who they're looking for:

You've got 2+ years in product, picked it up in a startup or scale-up, and you're used to working without a perfect brief. You know how to take a high-level goal and break it down into something a squad can actually ship. You're comfortable in a room with engineers, comfortable with stakeholders, and comfortable saying "I don't have all the answers yet but here's how we're going to get there."

If you've spent your career in big enterprise with layers of process, this probably isn't the right fit. If you've thrived in scrappy, fast-moving environments where ownership is real and the work actually matters, it likely is.
