The Role

• Lead day-to-day HR Operations, ensuring seamless execution of personnel management and employee life-cycle processes.
• Architect and implement robust HR Policies that align with fast-paced eCommerce logistics requirements and UK compliance standards.
• Drive the Recruitment and Onboarding engine, identifying top-tier talent to maintain the company’s focus on customer satisfaction.
• Manage comprehensive Employee Benefits programs and administration to boost retention and workplace satisfaction.
• Act as a strategic advisor on Employment Law and regulatory compliance to mitigate risk and foster a positive work culture.
  
  

What You'll Need

• Proven proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations within a fast-moving commercial environment.
• Deep expertise in HR Policy development, Employee Benefits administration, and UK Employment Law.
• Exceptional Organizational skills with a track record of solving complex personnel issues and fostering high employee engagement.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (CIPD qualification is highly desirable).
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders in an on-site, operationally focused setting.
