Job Overview


We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead projects through clear communication, strong collaboration, and practical day-to-day leadership with learning and coaching mindset. In this role, you will partner with stakeholders and delivery teams to set goals, facilitate alignment, remove obstacles, and keep work moving forward. You will also support Agile ways of working by facilitating ceremonies, promoting transparency, and helping teams continuously improve, while gaining insights into project eco-system, team dependencies and broadening your own knowledge on the technology/domain to stay relevant as well as advance the teams. You will collaborate with diverse teams, encourage cross-functional communication, and contribute to projects that will have a significant impact on our clients and the industry.



Key Responsibilities


  • Lead projects from initiation through closeout, setting clear expectations on scope, timelines, and team responsibilities
  • Align stakeholders on goals, success measures, and priorities; document decisions and drive follow-through
  • Build and maintain actionable plans (roadmaps, sprint/release plans, milestones) and communicate changes proactively
  • Manage dependencies and change requests, balancing delivery needs with team capacity and stakeholder expectations
  • Support requirements and backlog clarity by coordinating inputs, confirming acceptance criteria, and keeping work ready for execution
  • Track timelines and resourcing; support budget planning as needed
  • Identify blockers early, facilitate resolution, and escalate risks/issues with options and recommendations
  • Create strong communication rhythms: agendas, notes, action items, and concise status updates tailored to each audience
  • Provide steady team leadership in ambiguous situations by clarifying next steps, aligning owners, and reinforcing priorities


Delivery & Process


  • Facilitate Scrum/Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives) to promote transparency and accountability
  • Coach teams and partners on Agile principles, working agreements, and effective collaboration practices
  • Track and communicate cross-team dependencies; help teams plan realistic commitments and deliver predictable outcomes


Stakeholder Collaboration


  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and team members to create trust and shared accountability
  • Facilitate collaboration across functions to align scope, priorities, timelines, and expectations
  • Lead meetings that drive decisions and action, helping resolve misalignment and address conflict constructively
  • Provide leadership updates with clear narratives, key risks, and recommended decisions


Risk Management


  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them
  • Proactively resolve issues and conflicts that may arise during the project lifecycle
  • Ensure alignment with applicable policies and requirements (e.g., security, privacy, regulatory, or operational)


Continuous Improvement


  • Promote Agile/Scrum practices and help teams improve planning, estimation, and delivery consistency
  • Drive continuous improvement using retrospectives, feedback loops, and actionable experiments
  • Use basic delivery metrics (e.g., flow, throughput, predictability) to improve forecasting and team effectiveness


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of related experience; Scrum Master (CSM/PSM) and/or PMP certification is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence without direct authority in a cross-functional environment
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to tailor messages to different audiences and drive decisions
  • Solid documentation skills to capture conversations, decisions, project plans, next steps, and interdependencies
  • Experience using tools to support delivery and transparency (e.g., Jira/Azure DevOps, Confluence)
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Hands-on experience facilitating Agile/Scrum practices, coaching teams, and removing impediments to improve delivery


Preferred Skills


  • Strong facilitation skills, including navigating conflict, building consensus, and keeping groups aligned
  • Experience partnering with Product Owners/Leads on backlog refinement, prioritization, and release planning
  • Experience supporting multiple teams or a scaled Agile environment (e.g., shared services, program increments, or cross-team delivery)
