We are working with a fast-growing SaaS startup transforming the legal domain with modern technology—They’re looking for an AI Engineer who wants to build, own, and shape core product systems from the ground up.

This is a role where you can have real ownership and impact on a product that is revolutionising the legal and finance industry within a company that is growing at an incredible pace.

What you’ll be doing

• Designing, building, and scaling core features of their SaaS platform
• Build production-ready LLM agents with multi-step reasoning and tool use
• Design and implement agentic workflows using Pydantic AI
• Integrate LLMs (Claude, Gemini, OpenAI) into customer-facing features
• Building robust backend services and APIs with Python & FastAPI

What They’re looking for

• Strong experience as an AI Engineer or in a similar role working with AI agents
• Solid backend experience with Python, ideally FastAPI
• A product mindset: you care about users, not just code
• Comfortable taking ownership, making decisions, and moving fast
• Based near (or willing to relocate to) Brussels

Bonus points if you have experience with

• Working professionally in a SAAS Start-up environment
• Building quickly and having great ownership
