We are currently seeking a full-time, office-based HR Assistant to join our HR team in Leuven (Haasrode/Heverlee).

Join our amazing HR team as a HR assistant ! You will work daily with another HR assistant, a HRBP and one Talent Acquisition Specialist. But you will also collaborate with various functions across European countries, U.K and U.S.


Responsibilities

  • General administrative support of the European HR function including interview scheduling, general recruitment assistance, benefits administration and document management;
  • Manage Human Resources Information System (HRIS) data entry;
  • Manage monthly and quarterly reporting requirements for global and regional HR requirements;
  • Collaborate with multiple internal departments on HR related needs;
  • Assist with social media content for Medpace recruitment activities;
  • Assist with on / off boarding matters;
  • Perform special projects assigned;
  • Handle sensitive and/or confidential employee information; and
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor Diploma in HRM or equivalent;
  • 0-2 years of experience in a professional office setting;
  • Experience using HR Information System or Applicant Tracking Systems is desirable;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel;
  • Attention to detail; and
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
