SCRUM MASTER - Less Adoption

Role Overview

As a Senior Technical Scrum Master, you will work within a team of Scrum Masters specialized in the LeSS (Large Scale Scrum) framework.

You will:

• Coordinate multiple teams working on a shared backlog
• Organize and facilitate key Agile ceremonies:
• Backlog refinement
• Sprint planning
• Sprint reviews

You will collaborate within a large-scale Agile environment (50+ team members).

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze current ways of working and propose, implement, and monitor improvements
• Support the Project Manager in:
• Project reporting (scope, budget, deliverables, risks, issues)
• Communicate project progress and engage stakeholders
• Contribute to preparation of meetings (IT meetings, steering committees, etc.)
• Ensure achievement of project objectives
• Promote and ensure adherence to LeSS principles
• Identify dependencies and proactively manage risks
• Guide teams throughout iterations
• Support IT teams in adopting and improving Agile practices
• Facilitate discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution
• Drive teams toward self-organization
• Optimize internal and external communication

Technical Skills & Requirements

• Dutch and French: C1 (advanced proficiency)
• English (reading, writing, understanding): B2 (upper-intermediate)
• Experience in LeSS adoption: 2+ years
• Experience in Agile Scrum change management processes: 10+ years
• Experience in coaching and mentoring Agile & Lean organizations (50+ people): 2+ years
• Experience in delivering formal and informal training on LeSS adoption: 2+ years
• Experience in large IT projects: 2+ years
• Strong knowledge and experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies: 10+ years
• Experience with JIRA / Confluence: 5+ years
• Experience with Miro: 5+ years
• Strong technical knowledge:
• Java
• XML / XSD
• Application architecture
• Interface design
• (10+ years)
• Experience with versioning and DevOps tools (Git, CI/CD): 2+ years
• Knowledge and experience with OpenShift: 2+ years
• Operational experience including:
• Definition of operational guidelines
• Release management
• Production monitoring
• Incident management
