Head of Operations - We’re Not Scaling a Cleaning Company. We’re Rebuilding One.

Cleaning is a hundreds-of-billions-of-dollars industry that still runs like it’s 1995.

We’re applying automation, operational rigor, and AI tools to everything people assume must stay manual. Because we believe frontline workers deserve the same innovation Silicon Valley gives everyone else.

We’re looking for a Head of Operations who sees operations as a product - something that can be engineered, iterated, and scaled with the precision of the best startups.

What You’ll Own

You will help build and run the operational backbone of the company as we grow. This includes shaping how the company operates day-to-day, improving how work flows across the organization, and building systems that allow the business to scale reliably. You will work closely with the founder to turn strategy into execution - establishing processes, improving operational performance, and ensuring the organization runs smoothly as it evolves. Over time, you will help develop and lead the operational function of the company, building the structure, team, and systems required for sustainable growth.

You will be judged by outcomes, not presentations.

Who You Might Be
