The Opportunity

Mostro is building the primary capital market for the global music economy. We are a high-potential startup moving from a successful pilot phase into a global scale-up, recently selected as 1 of only 12 companies for the Black Belt Venture Studio in Tokyo and backed by the Cirque du Soleil (Zù) incubator.

With a cohort of Global Artist LOIs already secured, we are focused on perfecting a "Social-to-Stakeholder" user experience that allows mainstream fans to invest in Real World Assets (RWAs) with zero friction.

The Role

We are looking for a technical leader to join as a team member and CTO. You will own the technical roadmap and lead the architecture of our multi-chain protocol, ensuring our infrastructure is robust, scalable, and invisible to the end user.

This full-time role, with remote work flexibility, is for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Mostro. The CTO will be responsible for overseeing the company’s entire technology strategy, managing software development, and leading engineering efforts to enhance the platform's functionalities and scalability. Day-to-day tasks include project management, tech team management, architectural design of technical solutions, driving innovation in product development, and ensuring the security and efficiency of IT systems. As part of the leadership team, the CTO will also collaborate with other departments to align technical initiatives with business goals.

What we’re looking for:

• Multi-Chain Expertise: Proven experience architecting across diverse ecosystems. Professional knowledge of EVM-based chains and Rust is a significant plus.
• Startup Leadership: A track record of running technical teams and navigating the rapid iteration cycles of an early-stage startup.
• Infrastructure Focus: You have experience building Web2.5 onboarding flows (wallet abstraction, fiat-to-crypto bridges) and understand how to manage complex backend systems.
• Execution: A hands-on leader who can translate high-level business requirements into "running code" and scalable architecture.

The Immediate Milestone

We are entering the Colosseum Frontier Hackathon starting April 6 (Solana blockchain). We are using this month-long sprint to perfect our "One-Click" onboarding and seamless user experience. This is an ideal environment for a founding team "vibe check."
