About the Role

We are looking for a Mid-Level Mobile Developer with solid experience in Android and/or iOS development, and an interest in cross-platform technologies such as Kotlin Multiplatform. You will work on maintaining and improving existing applications while contributing to new feature development across multiple platforms.

This role is ideal for an engineer who is comfortable working with real production codebases, enjoys solving complex issues, and can independently take ownership of tasks from analysis to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

·      Maintain and enhance 4 Android and 4 iOS applications

·      Implement new features across both platforms

·      Investigate and resolve production issues, including crashes and regressions

·      Analyze and improve existing codebases through incremental refactoring

·      Integrate and extend REST API communication layers

·      Collaborate with backend, product, and design teams

·      Contribute to cross-platform initiatives using Kotlin Multiplatform and Compose

·      Technical Requirements

Core Skills

·      2–4 years of experience in mobile development

·      Strong experience with either Android or iOS, with working knowledge of the other

·      Experience working with production-level applications

·      Ability to work independently and deliver end-to-end solutions

Android

·      Proficiency in Kotlin

·      Ability to work with Java (legacy code understanding)

·      Solid understanding of Android SDK and app lifecycle

·      Experience with Jetpack components (ViewModel, LiveData or Flow, Navigation)

·      Experience with coroutines and asynchronous programming

·      Familiarity with Gradle and REST API integration

iOS

·      Proficiency in Swift

·      Experience with UIKit and Auto Layout

·      Understanding of iOS app lifecycle and navigation patterns

·      Experience with concurrency (GCD, async/await)

·      Networking experience using URLSession or similar

·      Familiarity with Swift Package Manager or CocoaPods

·      Kotlin Multiplatform (Nice to Have)

·      Basic to practical experience with Kotlin, Coroutines, and Flow

·      Understanding of shared vs platform-specific architecture

·      Experience with Compose Multiplatform is a plus

General Engineering Skills

·      Strong debugging and problem-solving abilities

·      Experience working with legacy codebases

·      Ability to refactor and improve existing systems safely

·      Proficiency with Git (branching, pull requests, code reviews)

·      Experience with API integration, error handling, and data mapping
