We are looking for someone with key skills and able to perform the following roles & responsibilities :-

DevOPS Specialist ( CI/CD & DevSecOps)

Munich, Germany

What You’ll Do:

We are seeking an DevOPS CI/CD & DevSecOps Architect with 12-15 years of overall experience building, automating, and securing enterprise‑grade delivery pipelines on cloud platforms – AWS/Azure/GCP.

Tech Skills:

• ART CI/CD: Define and implement the end-to-end CI/CD strategy for the Agile Release Train, ensuring seamless integration between code commits and production deployment.
• Toolchain: Must be proficient with Jenkins/Concourse, Git/Bitbucket, Maven/Gradle, Artifactory/JFrog, and SonarQube
• Scripting: Proficiency in Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automation.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Implement tools like Terraform or Ansible to manage infrastructure, reducing manual errors and configuration drift.
• System Optimization & Monitoring: Set up comprehensive monitoring (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack) to maintain uptime, performance, and security (DevSecOps).
• DevSecOps: Experience implementing DevSecOps practices, including FOSS scanning, vulnerability detection, and secure SDLC automation, is essential. The
• Strong knowledge of pipeline quality gates and Git‑Flow workflows
• The role involves enabling reliable builds, automated testing, artifact management, and secure deployments across distributed environments.
• Strong collaboration and troubleshooting skills are required to drive continuous improvement in CI/CD and security automation.
• Proficiency with Agile/SAFe project execution methodology and well versed with JIRA/Confluence on daily basis

• Ability to articulate architectural decisions clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical, design, and problem-solving capabilities.
