Role: Senior Product Manager (AI)

Salary: Up to €150,000

The role:

This is a hands‑on Senior PM role focused on designing and shipping AI systems inside complex enterprise environments. You’ll be shaping and building real AI systems at huge scale.

What you will be doing:

• Designing and delivering early versions of AI systems, including LLM‑based workflows, agentic systems, orchestration logic and evaluation loops
• Working directly with engineers and other delivery specialists as part of a small execution pod responsible for shipping production systems

What we are looking for:

• Experience build AI‑powered or data‑driven systems from 0-1, discovery to launch.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity, with a bias toward building and iterating quickly rather than process led.
• Experience building AI products, at enterprise scale.
