We're hiring a Product Designer for one of our clients - a Germany-based AI company building intelligent document processing solutions for enterprise customers 🤖
Think complex workflows, white-label products, and the kind of design challenges that don't come with a playbook. This isn't a company building consumer apps - they're deep in the enterprise space, helping large organizations automate how they read, understand, and act on documents at scale.
As their only designer, you'll own the full design function. That means shaping how enterprise users interact with AI-powered workflows - and more specifically, figuring out how to design the handoff between what the AI does autonomously and where the human needs to step in. That's the core design problem here, and it's a genuinely interesting one.
What they're looking for:
- A designer who's comfortable with complexity - enterprise UX, dense information architecture, white-label systems that need to work across very different customer contexts
- Someone who's thought seriously about human-AI interaction: how do you design for trust, oversight, and collaboration when an agent is doing most of the work?
- Ability to work autonomously and set the design direction, not just execute on specs
- Bonus if you've worked in B2B SaaS or document/data-heavy products before
