Full-Stack Engineer

As a full stack engineer, you’ll play a significant role in developing new features as we expand our products capabilities and propel RALCO into the next phase. You will work directly with the CTO and have exposure to all aspects of the product. There will also be plenty of freedom to make your own technical decisions and provide input in the direction of the product. You will gain experience working with numerous different technologies, and work on full end to end processes. This means that you really own what you build, and will get to experience the full life-cycle and witness your work make instant impacts to the company.

Being a startup, this is a high-paced role, ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership and responsibility for their work, and can be independent managing themselves.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and maintain full-stack features
• Own technical projects end-to-end
• Work on Mobile, WebApp and API development
• Assist in maintaining the live service and helping debug any issues that arise
• Partake in daily calls with the rest of the engineering team
• Research and integrate 3rd party APIs into our product
• Assist CTO in technical speccing of new features.

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of experience in software engineering
• Experience developing an end-to-end product of any scale
• Experience with Mobile app (native or hybrid)
• Experience with WebApp development
• Experience working with an API layer & Database
• Experience working with CI/CD software (eg. Git)
• Background in AI (preferable)
• Ability to work independently and take on responsibility
• Strong communication and collaboration skills – you thrive in a remote first environment
• Creative, interest in building new things
