What They’re Looking For

They are seeking a .Net Software Engineer with strong Microsoft stack expertise and a proven track record delivering reliable software in live commercial environments.

The ideal person will bring:

• Strong commercial experience across C# / .NET development
• Solid hands on exposure to Microsoft Azure, including cloud infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and DevOps best practices
• Proven background supporting, improving, and troubleshooting large scale live systems
• Strong analytical and problem solving capability with the ability to resolve complex production issues
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments
• A collaborative mindset and ability to work closely with product and technical stakeholders

Key Responsibilities

This role will focus on a blend of new product development and continuous enhancement of an established software platform.

Key areas of responsibility include:

• Designing and developing new system functionality
• Maintaining and improving existing business critical applications
• Supporting production environments and driving platform stability
• Working closely with product and engineering teams on roadmap delivery
• Contributing to cloud infrastructure and deployment process improvements
• Identifying performance, scalability, and maintainability enhancements
• Playing an active role in technical discussions, solution design, and continuous improvement initiatives

Nice to Have

Any of the below would be viewed as a strong advantage:

• Front end development exposure, particularly Angular
• Experience with SQL Server performance tuning and optimisation
• Background in specialised vertical software environments such as operational, logistics, industrial, or sector specific platforms
