🛠 What you’ll be doing

• Design, build, and scale a centralised application security platform
• Integrate SAST, SCA, and secret scanning tools into CI/CD pipelines
• Improve security coverage and developer experience across engineering teams
• Drive engineering excellence (automation, testing, release velocity, reliability)
• Collaborate across teams to embed security into the development lifecycle
• Contribute to architecture, design decisions, and technical direction

👨 💻 What we’re looking for

• 8+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong backend expertise in Java, Python, or GoLang
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines (Git, Maven, Jenkins, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with cloud (AWS) and Kubernetes
• Experience building scalable, distributed systems
• Strong testing background (e.g. JUnit, PyTest, Cucumber, Cypress)
• Proven ability to mentor engineers and lead technically
