The Role:

Integrations are moving from “feature” to “growth engine”.

The foundations exist. The vision needs to be sharpened, structured, and executed properly.

You’ll define:

• What gets built and why
• Which partners matter
• How customers discover and manage integrations
• What the long-term model looks like

Engineering builds the capability. You own the direction.

What You’ll Actually Do

• Set the marketplace strategy and prioritisation model
• Define the end-to-end integration experience for customers
• Shape how partners are onboarded and represented
• Work cross-functionally to turn strategy into shipped outcomes
• Ensure the rollout is commercially smart and operationally smooth

What You'll Bring to the Party

• You’ve been in Product long enough to know what good looks like.
• You’re comfortable working on products that sit between technical complexity and commercial opportunity.
• You think in terms of impact, not just features.
• You’ve likely worked in a B2B environment, collaborated closely with engineering teams, and dealt with stakeholders who all have strong opinions.
• You can zoom out to shape direction, then zoom in to make it practical.
• You don’t need hand-holding, but you do value collaboration.
