About the Role:

As a Scrum Master Intern, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our projects are delivered efficiently and effectively. You’ll work closely with our teams, facilitating Agile practices and fostering a collaborative environment to drive productivity and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitation:
• Organize and facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ensure the team follows Agile principles and best practices.
• Team Support:
• Remove impediments and resolve conflicts to ensure smooth progress.
• Act as a servant leader, enabling the team to self-organize and focus on their goals.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with Product Owners to ensure a clear and prioritized product backlog.
• Foster communication and alignment between cross-functional teams.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Encourage a culture of learning and adaptability within the team.
• Analyze team performance metrics and suggest improvements to optimize delivery.
• Documentation:
• Maintain project documentation, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Education: Students or recent graduates in Project Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and the Scrum framework.
• Excellent communication and facilitation abilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, or Asana) is a plus.
• Attributes:
• Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Passionate about teamwork, multiculturalism, and continuous improvement.
• Availability: Able to commit to a 3-6 month internship with flexible hours.

Internship Details:

• Duration: 3-6 months (flexible based on your availability).
• Location: Remote/Hybrid (based in Dublin, Ireland).
