Graduate - HR & Analytics

We are partnering with a leading financial services organisation to hire an HR Graduate to join their Dublin team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional with strong technical and analytical skills, who is interested in building a career in HR, analytics, and systems.

Salary: €40,000

Location: Dublin 4

About the Role

This role sits within a small, collaborative HR team and offers broad exposure to the full employee life cycle. You’ll support day-to-day HR operations while also working with data, systems, and reporting to help improve how HR delivers value to the business.

It’s an ideal role for someone who enjoys working with Excel, data, and technology, and wants to apply those skills in a people-focused environment.

What You’ll Do

• Support HR administration across the employee life cycle
• Maintain accurate data in HR systems and ensure data quality
• Assist with recruitment coordination and onboarding
• Support payroll and benefits administration
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations (including board materials)
• Analyse HR data to identify trends and support decision-making
• Contribute to improving and automating HR processes

What We’re Looking For

• A recent graduate (or 0–2 years’ experience) in HR, Business, Analytics, or a related field
• Strong technical skills – particularly Excel (pivot tables); exposure to Power BI or similar tools is a plus
• Interest in HR, people analytics, or HR systems
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Confident communication skills, including presentations
• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn
