Job Description:

At ContentWise, our DevOps Engineers are responsible for building and maintaining automation, orchestration, installation, and configuration procedures, tailored for both AWS and GCP cloud platforms, as well as for on-premises infrastructures.

Moreover, they work hand-in-hand with our Software Engineers to architect and construct streamlined software development pipelines and environments.

Full-time position at the Milan or Padua office with a hybrid flex work policy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable automation, orchestration, and playbooks to ensure system robustness and maintainability;
• Build and update installation and configuration procedures for both AWS cloud and on-premises infrastructures;
• Create and maintain documentation for infrastructure, configurations, and processes;
• Collaborate with Software Engineers to design and construct efficient software development pipelines and environments

Qualifications and Experience:

• BS/MS in Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline;
• Experience or familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure;
• Experience or familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git;
• Experience or familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Travis CI, etc.;
• Experience of familiarity with software provisioning, configuration management, and application deployment tools like Ansible and IaaC tools like Terraform;
• Experience of familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes;
• (Nice to have) Experience of familiarity with monitoring and log aggregating frameworks like Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk or ELK;
• Passionate about experimenting with cutting-edge technologies;
