Artificial Intelligence Engineer

Our platform integrates autonomous AI agents that collaborate within the system to deliver a comprehensive marketing solution.

Restaurants Club is the AI go-to-market suite for small businesses, democratizing Customer Acquisition and Retention Technologies previously available only to large enterprises.

We aim to empower restaurant owners to compete effectively in the market, breaking free from the constraints of large marketplaces and chains.

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement advanced AI models, including Machine Learning (ML), Deep Learning (DL), and Reinforcement Learning (RL) techniques.
• Work with various AI frameworks and libraries, both closed-source and open-source, to build and enhance AI capabilities.
• Develop, fine-tune, and optimize pre-trained AI models for specific use cases and production environments.
• Deploy and manage AI agents in production environments, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance.
• Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to integrate AI agents into the broader system architecture.
• Monitor and evaluate AI models' performance, making improvements as necessary to meet evolving business needs.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with Python programming for AI development.
• Strong understanding of major AI models and techniques, including ML, DL, and RL.
• Familiarity with both closed-source and open-source Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Demonstrated experience working with AI agents and deploying them in production environments.
• Experience with fine-tuning pre-trained AI models to adapt them for specific applications.
• Knowledge of best practices for AI model management and deployment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with AI platforms and tools used for model development and deployment.
• Familiarity with data pipeline frameworks and data preprocessing techniques.
• Previous involvement in AI-driven SaaS or similar technology-driven environments.

Opportunity Statement:

• Base salary ranges from 20k to 30k, with potential for rapid growth based on milestones (100 customers, BEP, 1M ARR, 10M ARR, 100M ARR).
• At 1M ARR, we'll establish an option pool and offer shares based on contribution and seniority. Help us reach that goal and you can expect a share of those options.
