Unlok Loyalty is building a next-generation blockchain-powered ecosystem that combines digital payments, tokenized rewards, and user-centric loyalty infrastructure. We are looking for a Smart Contract Developer to help design and implement the core on-chain components of our platform.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of blockchain technology, financial systems, and real-world applications. You will play a key role in developing secure, scalable smart contracts that power token rewards, staking mechanisms, and NFT-based loyalty features.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy smart contracts for token issuance, staking, and rewards systems
• Build and maintain NFT-based loyalty mechanisms
• Collaborate with backend and product teams to integrate smart contracts into the broader platform
• Conduct testing, debugging, and optimization of smart contracts
• Participate in security reviews and implement best practices to ensure contract safety
• Contribute to architectural decisions related to blockchain infrastructure

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in blockchain development
• Strong proficiency in Solidity (experience with Rust is a plus)
• Experience with Ethereum or EVM-compatible chains
• Solid understanding of DeFi concepts such as staking, tokenomics, and liquidity
• Familiarity with development frameworks such as Hardhat or Truffle
• Experience with smart contract testing and auditing processes
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Nice to Have

• Experience building NFT-based systems
• Knowledge of Layer 2 solutions or alternative blockchains
• Previous work on fintech or payment-related products
