We are looking for an experienced Front-End Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining modern web applications, while taking ownership of complex features and contributing to the technical direction of our front-end architecture. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications using the Next.js framework.
• Optimize application performance, SEO, and security to ensure fast and reliable user experiences.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code leveraging server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG).
• Monitor and continuously improve application performance across different devices and environments.
• Integrate third-party APIs, services, and external tools into applications.
• Ensure code quality through best practices such as testing, debugging, documentation, and code reviews.
• Design and build reusable internal libraries, custom hooks, and shared utilities.
• Implement advanced frontend patterns including caching strategies, error handling, and optimistic UI updates.
• Define and enforce coding standards, testing approaches, and documentation practices.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers through guidance, reviews, and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver innovative and effective solutions.
• Take full ownership of features from concept to deployment, balancing technical quality with business priorities.
• Contribute to long-term technical strategy, focusing on scalability, maintainability, and system growth.

Requirements

• Solid understanding of Next.js and modern frontend architecture.
• Deep knowledge of React rendering behavior and performance optimization techniques.
• Experience building reusable components, hooks, and internal libraries from scratch.
• Advanced TypeScript skills (generics, utility types, type inference, etc.).
• Strong foundation in HTML, CSS, and modern styling approaches (Sass, Styled Components, or similar).
• Experience implementing responsive and adaptive designs from tools like Figma, Sketch, or similar.
• Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Good understanding of Node.js and server-side concepts.
• Experience working with APIs, including REST and/or WebSockets.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Monthly salary range for this position: € 3000 - 4600 (before tax deduction). The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
