QA Engineer

Location: Vilnius (Hybrid). We’d like you to work from the office at least once a week!

Salary: 2500-3500 Eur/gross depending on your skillset and experience

About the Role

Copla is growing, and we’re growing our Quality Assurance team and looking for a QA Engineer to help us build reliable SaaS products. You’ll work closely with developers and product owners, test new features before they reach customers, and help improve how quality is built into our development process.

What You Will Do

• Test new features from early designs through release to ensure they work as expected
• Work closely with product owners and developers to clarify requirements, ask questions, and catch issues early
• Do hands-on manual testing, explore edge cases, and try to break things before our users do
• Take part in releases and help make sure everything goes smoothly when new versions go live
• Help support teams reproduce tricky bugs reported by customers and figure out what’s actually going on
• Jump between different teams and products when needed, helping wherever quality needs attention
• Contribute to automated tests where it makes sense and help improve our test coverage over time
• Help improve QA processes, testing approaches, and generally keep raising the bar for product quality
• Bring a quality mindset to everyday work and speak up when something doesn’t feel right.

What We Expect

• Education in IT or similar
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience in backend testing (Postman or similar)
• Knowledge of database querying (SQL) for data validation
• Experience with non-functional testing (e.g., performance, security testing basics)
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms and/or cybersecurity
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Clear documentation skills (screenshots, logs, step-by-step descriptions)
• Willingness to learn and grow in the cybersecurity and compliance domain
• Strong communication skills in Lithuanian (native or fluent)
• Good English skills (written and spoken) for communication;
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment.
