About the role:

As a .NET developer, you will join our Advisory & Insights department at SEB Global Services in Vilnius, where you will help maintain high-quality existing solutions while also contributing to the development of new ones, driving continuous improvement and supporting a continuous delivery process. You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and other IT teams, following Agile (Scrum) practices in a diverse, international environment with colleagues based in both Vilnius and Stockholm. We value proactive collaboration across teams and stakeholders, and embrace a shared responsibility mindset—everyone contributes across the stack, from Docker to front-end, with support and learning opportunities provided to help you grow in any areas where you may have less experience.

To thrive in this role, we believe you have:

• Ownership of the whole process, from refining requirements to the architecture, development, testing, deployment and maintenance of solutions
• Strong C#, .NET framework/.NET core knowledge
• Experience with Typescript, Github, Oracle, MSSQL, MongoDB, OpenShift, Angular (advantage)
• Understanding of CI/CD and agile methodologies
