Software Engineer

Humbility is an algorithmic cryptocurrency arbitrage trading firm specializing in DeFi and CeFi across multiple chains and exchanges. We are a market-neutral trading company that develops low-latency arbitrage trading bots in a very competitive environment.

Our highly motivated and skilled team of 45 software engineers and data analysts is passionate about solving mathematical and logical challenges. To win in a low-latency game at the microsecond level, we are constantly looking for new technological solutions and improving our infrastructure and code performance.

In this position, you will:

• Develop high-quality trading software with C#, Golang and Rust;
• Develop asynchronous processes and ensure they run smoothly;
• Dive deep into latencies, choosing the fastest infrastructure solutions;
• Optimize code down to the microsecond level.

We expect you to have:

• At least two years of working experience in backend software engineering (JAVA, C#, Golang, Rust or similar languages);
• Strong mathematical skills and passion for solving complex problems;
• Ability and motivation to learn new concepts quickly;
• Proficiency in English and Lithuanian languages;
• Availability to work on-site at our Simbiocity Vilnius office.

You will stand out if you have (not required):

• Experience with cryptocurrencies and blockchain development;
• Experience with trading software development;

The salary range for this position is €3,500 – €10,000 gross per month.
