Senior UI/UX Designer

ABOUT AN OPEN POSITION:

Our client is looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to join their motivated, international team. You will design intuitive, clean, and user-friendly interfaces across a variety of projects in banking, fintech, healthcare, startups, and more.

YOU WILL:

Take full ownership of the end-to-end design process, from research and concept development to delivery and iteration.
Lead user-centered design initiatives, using insights from UX research to make informed design decisions.
Design wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and scalable design systems that ensure consistency and excellent user experiences.
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design aligns with business goals.
Champion accessibility and inclusive design, ensuring interfaces are usable by everyone.
Support junior designers, helping them grow professionally.

WHAT WE EXPECT YOU WILL BRING:

Strong expertise in UX/UI design principles: typography, layout, color theory, and scalable design systems.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.).
Experience conducting and applying UX research, turning insights into actionable designs.
Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design best practices.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to think strategically and drive innovative solutions.

Service design or behavioral design expertise.
Android-specific design knowledge.

For this role, we offer a Gross (before taxes) salary range of 3500 - 6100 EUR/month. The final salary agreement is based on skills and experience.
