We are looking for:

We are seeking a Data Engineer. You will be responsible for building robust, reliable data pipelines, implementing orchestration workflows, and ensuring data quality and consistency across the business. This is a hands-on role where we expect you to design, build, and maintain the foundations that analytics, reporting, and data-driven decisions rely on.

Get ready to:

• Design, build, and maintain end-to-end data pipelines that ingest, transform, and deliver data efficiently.
• Develop and maintain orchestration workflows to automate data movement, scheduling, and monitoring.
• Ensure data quality, reliability, and lineage across all datasets.
• Optimize ETL/ELT, making data accessible and analytics-ready.
• Integrate data from multiple internal and external sources into unified, trusted datasets.
• Continuously improve infrastructure, implementing automation, testing, and monitoring for scalable operations.
• Lead technical decisions around data architecture, tools, and pipelines, guiding best practices across the team.

We expect you to:

• Have strong SQL skills and experience working with large-scale, production-ready datasets.
• Be proficient in data pipeline development, orchestration, and ETL/ELT processes.
• Have experience with data modeling, transformation, and integration across complex systems.
• Be familiar with at least one scripting language (Python, Scala, or JavaScript).
• Understand data quality, monitoring, and reliability best practices.
• Be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to troubleshoot complex data issues independently.
• Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical team members.
• Be fluent in English and Lithuanian.

Salary

Gross salary range is 4000-6000 EUR/month.

*Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
