Project Management Coordinator - Operations Manager

KR Recruitment is pleased to partner with a well-established reinsurance brokerage firm in its search for an Operations Manager to join their team in Luxembourg.

The Role:

This role supports the smooth running of operations within a growing, multi-country insurance environment. Sitting at the intersection of operations, governance, and regulatory activity, it focuses on improving structure, consistency, and efficiency across different entities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the delivery of regulatory and operational initiatives.
• Coordinate projects, including timelines, ownership, and progress tracking.
• Assist with regulatory submissions and work closely with Compliance, Risk, Finance, and IT.
• Maintain documentation, trackers, and records to support compliance and resilience.
• Support governance activities (committees, reporting, action tracking).
• Produce KPIs, dashboards, and management reports.
• Act as a link between branches and central teams across multiple locations.
• Contribute to branch-related projects and operational improvements.
• Support Business Continuity Planning and related testing.
• Track and help resolve operational and regulatory queries.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as invoice coordination.

Ideal Profile:

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or similar roles, ideally in a regulated or financial services environment.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Understanding of governance, risk, or regulatory frameworks.
• Detail-oriented with good reporting and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with regulatory projects or multi-entity environments is a plus.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies is advantageous.
