- Strong expertise in Java 8+, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture
- Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP web services
- Proficiency in Azure DevOps, including deployments, repositories, and code reviews
- Experience in building and managing CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, along with strong Git version control practices
- Familiarity with development tools and environments including Eclipse, IntelliJ IDEA, Maven, and Docker concepts
- End-to-end ownership, covering both development and post-go-live maintenance/support
- Solid experience working in Agile environments with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven customer-facing experience with excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong experience with Azure (deployment, repository management, code reviews)
- Expertise in CI/CD practices and implementation
- Prior experience in the banking domain
- Ability to work effectively in large enterprise environments as well as independently
- Strong project and time management skills
- Excellent analytical ability to derive insights and summarize key findings from complex data and scenarios
