Data Analyst – 12 Month Contract – Circa £400 Per Day + Holiday – Remote

A fantastic opportunity has emerged for a Data Analyst to join a global technology company. The selected candidate will contribute to large projects and leverage analytical skills to help deliver lasting impact on products.

As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving data-driven decisions that shape the future of customer facing products. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will collect, analyse, and interpret large data sets to provide actionable insights. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, a passion for data, and the ability to translate complex data into clear and impactful recommendations.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Monitor different dashboards to identify trends impacting support queues
• Deep dive on trends and support cases to identify and validate assumptions on possible root causes
• Document and present root cause analysis to leaders to help get alignment on resolution paths
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, correlations, and patterns
• Use statistical techniques to analyse complex data sets and provide insights to key stakeholders
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track business KPIs and performance metrics

Skills and Experience:

• 8+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a technology or fast-paced industry
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, ability to communicate and present to senior leadership / stakeholders
• Ability to deep dive into data
• Experience working with customer facing products

Contract details:

• Rate – Circa £400 per day + 25 days paid holiday
• Contract length -12 months
• Payroll: Inside IR35 / PAYE
• Location – Remote in the UK
