Technical Support Engineer

We’re looking for a hands-on IT Support Engineer to join a fast-paced environment in Amsterdam. You’ll be the go-to person for end-user support, ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations across hardware, software, and systems.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide 2nd line support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• Install and configure desktops, laptops, and applications
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues (onsite & remote)
• Perform system maintenance, upgrades, and updates
• Manage support tickets and documentation
• Support endpoint security and user access
• Work closely with wider IT teams to resolve complex issues

What We’re Looking For

• 4–6 years experience in IT Support / Desktop Support
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware & software
• Experience with Windows environments
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure and end-user computing
• Strong communication and user-facing skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with Office 365 / Active Directory
• Exposure to ITIL or structured support environments
