We are now looking for a Business Analyst (Data) willing to accept new challenges in our Closer team in a hybrid international project based in Lisbon.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and formalize business requirements through workshops
• Translate requirements into user stories and functional documentation
• Create and maintain documentation (procedures, user guides, data dictionaries)
• Contribute to data modelling from a business perspective
• Support evolution of data ecosystems and integration of new technologies (APIs, data virtualization)
• Define and execute functional testing strategies (including UAT)
• Lead validation phases with business stakeholders
• Provide user support and training

Technical Profile:

• Experience as a Business Analyst in data-driven projects
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies
• Experience with Jira, Confluence or ALM Octane
• Experience in data analysis tools (Dataiku, Alteryx or similar)
• Strong proficiency in Excel
• Experience in data modelling and data documentation
• Knowledge of data integration concepts (APIs, data ecosystems)
• Experience with change management processes
• Fluent in English (mandatory); French is a plus
